How much does the service cost?

Pay Monthly
To Join The Marketing Advice Centre it costs £247+VAT a month. Payments are taken automatically every 30 days until cancelled. 


Pay Yearly (15% Discount)

To Join The Marketing Advice Centre it costs £2500+VAT a year which represents a discount of just over 15%. If you don't wish to renew your Membership after 12 months, please let us know at least 7 Days before your annual renewal date.

How do you track the time?

We use Zoho Desk Time Tracking System for task management, and we rely on the time counter feature to track the time spent on each task accurately. This helps us to stay organised and ensures that we can provide accurate time estimates for our Advice Centre Clients.

What if I want extra support?

Pay Monthly

The £247+VAT monthly fee entitles each member Company to a combined total of 10 separate contact requests to your Account Manager per month or a Maximum of 120mins Marketing Advice.  Should this number be exceeded in any one month, at the discretion of The Advice Centre Ltd, you will be offered an upgrade to the 2nd Tier of Advice Service (Premium Membership) for which the fee is £500+VAT per month which entitles each member company to 20 separate contact requests or 240mins Advice from the Marketing Advice Centre per month.

To Join The Marketing Advice Centre it costs £2500+VAT a year which represents a discount of just over 15%. The annual fee entitles each member Company to a combined total of 10 separate contact requests to your Account Manager per month or a Maximum of 120mins Marketing Advice.  Should this number be exceeded in any one month, at the discretion of The Advice Centre Ltd, you will be offered an upgrade to the 2nd Tier of Advice Service (Premium Membership) for which the fee is £5000+VAT per year which entitles each member company to 20 separate contact requests or 240mins Advice from the Marketing Advice Centre per month. 

How long do I have access to the On-Demand Marketing Training?

You will have full monthly access to the On-Demand Marketing Training unless you choose to cancel your Marketing Advice Centre Membership at which point you will also lose access to the On-Demand Training Videos.  If you sign up for the Yearly Membership, you will have access to the On-Demand Marketing Training for 365 Days.

What's the catch?

No catch at all. We recognise that many Businesses cannot afford to have access to full time professional Marketing Advice but still need help like anyone else, the Advice Centre is an affordable option!

How much support do I get?

Once signed up, you are entitled to 10 Separate Support Requests or a total of 120mins a month of Marketing Advice via email/Live Chat/Support Tickets. Please read our Terms of Service agreement here.

Technically no but this is a one-off annual charge which gives a 15% discount on the service and access to use the service for 12 months! Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 12 months, however, if you wish to cancel, we require 7 working days cancellation notice before your annual renewal date. When signing up, you must also agree to our Marketing Advice Centre: Terms of Service & The Advice Centre Ltd: Terms & Conditions.

No, the Marketing Advice Centre service means that we are here via email and our Live Chat/WhatsApp/Support ticket Service to provide the best possible Marketing Advice (via Support Tickets) we can for our clients at an affordable price!

What guarantees do you offer?

We don't offer any formal guarantees but we will always do our very best to provide our clients with the best possible Marketing Advice which is relevant to their specific queries.  There is no contract with the 'pay monthly' service so you can cancel at anytime (7 working days cancellation notice) if you feel the Marketing Advice Centre isn't right for you.

How do I cancel the service?

Of course we hope that you won't but the way it works is that you pay immediately the £247+VAT on Joining the Marketing Advice Centre & this entitles you to 30 Days membership, at which point your fee is renewed for the next month automatically unless you decide to cancel. If you do choose to cancel, we require 7 working days notice before the date of your next monthly payment!        

So for example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, we would need you to let us know on or before the 8th of the month!

Please note that the £247+VAT applies regardless of whether you use the service or not during the monthly period. There are no refunds for any time not used.

Our Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue Our Services to You and terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, as We see fit and in circumstances including, but not limited to;

Where We have good reason to believe that You are in breach or have breached any of the terms of this Agreement and have not remedied such breach within 7 days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or

You become insolvent, cease to, or threaten to cease to trade or go into liquidation, or we reasonably apprehend that You may be about to.

The Advice Centre Ltd/Marketing Advice Centre also reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time with immediate effect if We feel that the Centre is being abused or being used excessively beyond Our reasonable expectations.

The Agreement requires You to identify one main contact at your company to access the Marketing Advice Centre.

The Centre cannot be used by or on behalf of other related or unrelated businesses or individuals other than the company’s main Contact which signs up for the service. This form of abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the agreement.
